Natalia Tuero ’14
Class 2014, Major in Communication Arts, Minor in Art History and Photography
“Although I majored in Communication Arts, it was Professor Adrienne Bell’s Survey of Western Art I course that triggered my interest in building a career in the arts.” During her graduate studies Teaching Assistantship at The New School, “I hope to get my students (sophomores) as interested in the subject as I was when I took my Art History classes at MMC.”
“In Fall 2016, I started my second year in the Master’s program in Creative Publishing and Critical Journalism at The New School for Social Research, where I am also working toward a certificate in Gender and Sexuality Studies. At the same time, I am an Associate Editor at Punctum Books, an independent publishing house that specializes in art and literary titles. I am also a Teaching Assistant for an undergraduate course in the History of Modern and Contemporary Art at Parsons School of Design.”
