Farah Minwalla ’11

Class of 2011, Major in English and World Literatures

After MMC, Farah’s career redirected her to the music industry where she’s worked large-scale music festivals, toured with Ms. Patti LaBelle, and now serves as the Tour Production Coordinator for Cirque du Soleil.

Farah Minwalla ’11 is the Tour Production Coordinator for Cirque du Soleil’s Big Top Touring Show, Kurios: Cabinet of Curiosities. Prior to joining Cirque du Soleil, Farah has a dual background in the music and political/government industries. While studying English Literature at Marymount Manhattan College in New York City, she had the opportunity to pursue internships and fellowships at the White House, the Department of Homeland Security, and the United Nations. After graduating college, Farah’s career redirected her to the music industry working as a coordinator and manager in Artist Relations for large-scale music festivals such as: Electric Daisy Carnival, Electric Zoo, and Mysteryland. Farah completed touring with Ms. Patti LaBelle and Blondie in 2015 before joining the Cirque du Soleil team, where she is able to marry her passion for the entertainment and creative arts sectors.
