Marymount Marauders
The Marymount Marauders is a club for fans of Harry Potter. We bring the magical world of Harry Potter to Marymount Manhattan College and spread its message, excitement, and magic to the College.
We are open to the book-lovers, but especially the “witches and wizards” at Marymount Manhattan- that is, those who want to bring the magic of Harry Potter to life through action.
We are the Harry Potter generation. To our generation, Harry Potter isn’t just a book series or some movies; it is our childhood, our fantasy, our inspiration, and so much more. In our activities, events, and meetings we will learn and embody the true lessons of Harry Potter- which include friendship, courage, love and unity- and bond together over a common obsession.
